Challenge #14 -- New Years Eve Party

For Challenge #14, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a New Years Eve!!  Let's celebrate EVERYTHING WONDERFUL ABOUT "NEW YEAR'S EVE with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!! *NEW* We would LOVE for you to link up a project that is THEME-inspired; however, we also welcome your ANY-themed party projects too -- We are all about celebrating YOUR party creations, whatever the theme!! :)

  5. My favorite part about New Years Eve is when it strikes midnight. I love being able to use noisemakers to make as much nose as I'd like and being able to celebrate with family and friends.
